Having lived in the USVI aboard Bonaventure a 44 Gulfstar with my wife and our two boys in the late 80’s I have many stories to tell of both places. Instead of movie night on Mondays there was topless volleyball on Sunday mornings. Christmas Cove was a quiet sleepy place where we were the only boat during the week. Have a great time we miss it!

As usual the photographs of your adventures are amazing. Hopefully one day soon the BVI’s will feel like hope to us as well. If we catch you up can I order a lobster with a nice cold beer.

Our daughter lived in Charlotte Amalie for a couple of years. When we visited her she arranged for us to go to the movie night on Water Island. There’s a ferry boat that goes over in the evenings but the last run back to St T was well before the movie was over. You know how to remedy that? Pay the ferry boat Capt. what it would cost us to go to the movie back home, $20…. each! He was going to do it for $40, but we had so much fun all 6 of us gave him a 20. Of course he asked if we’d be back the next week.
